THE PROGRAM IS WRITTEN BY PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

Not a template you follow alone. Not a screen. A physio-designed program, coached in person, every session, every rep.

Your coach sees how you move, adjusts what needs adjusting, and makes sure the program works for where you're at right now.

WE TEACH YOU HOW TO TRAIN

You start with 2 x 45min Included onboarding sessions We walk you through every piece of equipment and every movement until you actually feel confident using them.

Then you train across 35 coached hours a week. No fixed class times, drop in when it suits you, stay as long as your session takes, and there's always a coach on the floor with eyes on every rep.

YOUR TRAINING BUILDS ON ITSELF

Our program runs in structured 20-week phases, broken into 4–6 week blocks, each one building on the last.

You start with foundational movements and progress toward things you probably didn't think you'd ever do in a gym. So you're never just turning up and going through the motions, there's always a clear next step.

Track every session and book your sessions through the By Design app so you can see exactly how far you've come.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED EVERY WEEK

I've never been to a gym before. Will I be out of my depth?

Not even slightly. Most of our members had zero gym experience when they started. That's literally who we built this for. You get 1:1 onboarding before you ever train in a group, and our coaches are right next to you every session.

I've got an injury. Can I still train?

Almost certainly yes. Your physio assessment means we know exactly what you're working with before you start, and our coaches adjust your movement and load in real time so you're never doing something that doesn't work for your body. Most of our members find they need their physio a lot less once they're training consistently.

How is this different from a regular gym?

A regular gym gives you access to equipment and leaves you to figure it out. We give you a physio-designed program, coached sessions with a 6:1 ratio, structured progression across 20-week phases, and an app that tracks everything. You never have to wonder what to do next.

I'm not trying to get 'big' or look like a bodybuilder.

Neither are most of our members. They're here to move without pain, feel confident in their body, keep up with their kids, hike without worrying about their knees, and build a body that works for the life they want to live.

What does a Discovery Call involve?

It's a quick, no-pressure chat. We'll ask about your goals, any injuries or concerns, and explain how the program works. If it's a good fit, we'll get you booked in for your assessment. If not, no hard feelings.

How much does it cost?

We'll walk you through pricing on your Discovery Call based on how many sessions per week suit your schedule. There are no lock-in contracts.

What if something flares up while I'm training?

You're in the right place. With seven physiotherapists on site, if something doesn't feel right we can get eyes on it straight away. Members also receive 15% off physio appointments, so there's never a reason to push through something you shouldn't.
